Prior to your TV installation
If your installation is on any material other than drywall, please let us know in advance.
If you have a specialty TV or mount, you need to let us know prior to your installation. Examples include: Samsung Frame, LG Gallery, Mantel Mounts, Storm Shell outdoor enclosures, Outdoor TVs, and other unusual or specific products.
Please have an idea of the height you would like the TV. We are happy to consult on this, on-site but please think about how you your TVs placement will best serve you!
Remotes, cables, and devices must be available on site for us to fully set up your system.
If we need to return to install or diagnose equipment because these weren’t available, you may be subject to a service charge.
We have common A/V cables available for purchase. If you do not have the appropriate cables in adequate lengths, we can provide them for an additional charge.
Day of TV Installation
You will get a confirmation text and email the day before your installation.
The installers will text the number on file when they are on the way.
All installs are provided with a 2-hour arrival window unless otherwise specified
You are expected to be available throughout this window. If you are going to be late, please let us know ASAP. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be subject to late fees or appointment cancellation.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash, check, Venmo, or credit card.
Payment Is Due Upon installation completion
Payments more than a week late may be subject to late payment charges
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, please just let us know!
Cancellations made prior to your installation date will not incur any penalty!
Day of cancellations may require a deposit before rescheduling
If you cancel without notifying us prior to your arrival window (no call, no show) we will require non-refundable advance payment on future installs.
